Harper's Pin unequipable?

It takes me forever waiting Terminsel spawn and give me Harper's pin.
But when I get that necklace , i found it just un-equipable to anyone.
Not even Jaheira .

Is this a bug? Is there any patch that can solve it?

I have TOB installed and these 2 patch installed.

But my harper pin is still un-wearable to Jaheira.

Have you made any changes to your game, other than the official patches? Like other MODs or your own changes. The Harper Pin is only usably by True Neutral Half-Elven (or Half-Orc) Fighter/Druid (or Bard) - which is Jaheira, I don't know why the other options are there. Check in your Override folder to see if there is a file name MISC5X.ITM - it shouldn't be there if you only have the office patches.
