force sight & dead jedi (spoilers)
apparently visas can teach you force sight, where you look through walls, but i can't get her to teach me.
is there a certain place or conversation procedure?
also, when you repeatedly search the dead jedi on korriban and zap those hsssis things, does anyone else's xbox have a fit if you zap too many- making you have to turn it off?

I don't know if it is triggered or not, but I think it involves you promising to teach her to see something, and she will show you how she sees everything around her.
Most likely it will come either through conversation, like normal with Visas, or later in the game, closer to completion.
As for the Xbox freaking thing, that's the first I've heard of it. Perhaps you simply tried to bring to many together at once, or used to many abilites and the like in quick succession for the game to catch up?

The xbox freezing thing has happened with me before, although I never had to turn it off, if you just wait for about five minutes it will run, It usually only happens after I use Force Storm or Deathfield to target about 50-60 Hssiss in one go, It does look really cool though with all those beams of electricity/force running through out the room, frozen, reminds of me of blue/pinksih roots

50-60 Hssiss in one go? You can do more than two at once?

i've completed the game about 10 times and never got force sight.
Kreia, i think, does mention it and Visas says something about you looking at each other and not leaving her just before malachor. But that's it, nothing more.
as for the hsssis thing; i do normally go for about 30 at a time but that can take quite awhile to get to level 50 (i usually get to korriban at level 25ish).
never actually counted but i'm sure 3 appear each time you do it so i do it 10 times and zap away.
tried used stasis field plus lightsabre earlier but that's even slower, any better idea(s) would be appreciated.

I'm not really sure where you convince Visas to teach your the Force Sight... But I have done it before through constant talking. Just make your way through the dialog and make sure you say the 'right' things to please her. Eventually she'll teach you her secrets. But really it's not that usful.
I have never had the XBOX problem with the Hissis before... I usually try and get the Hissis to appear as often as possible for training and my XBOX never froze up or restarted.

Must be a difference between PC and Xbox... I get 2 each time, and I don;t think I've ever been able to get more than that.

i found the dialogue and asked her to show me. problem is i've not used her much at all this time and have only a tiny bit of influence with her. and now i'm on citadel station, after it's been attacked, so have no more influence gain chances.
also looks like you only get one chance as i can't ask her again.
by the way, what's a net light/dark side shift mean and what does 5/- mean?

Hill, I too learned this the bad way on pc (xbox too? Don't know, not a xbox owner). An earlier post asked if this was a good cheat to level up with, due to the fact that every time I rattled the corpse only 2 hisses show (800 xp total) I said no.
But then I got to thinking about mutiple corpse rattles....... It worked!! I rattled 'em bones about 10 times in a row (2 hisses per rattle) & 20 hisses were there in the room & hall with me (is this sounding 'Huckaberry Finn' to anyone but me?)
I would aim at 10 searches per each round. Any more hisses get stuck in the hall where they do not get affected by mass jedi powers (lighting, wave) until you clear the room of some, well, room.
Also note that as you use this cheat/bug, the xp's go down. I started as level 22 total getting 400 xp per hiss, then finished at level 48 (game says 50 max so I did not want to cause/trigger another bug & left) and was getting about 300-350 xp.

net dark/light shift means you did good and evil things but overall you did more than one or the other so thats the way your alignment changed. not sure but i think 5/- means that the first 5 damage of that kind taken each hit is ignored.

Excellent! I'm, going to have to try this out some time, although I'm a little surprised it never happened for my version before, even though I attempted repeatedly.
Thanks for the advice, Walter

don't try it as a lightside character as your force points won't regenerate in that cave area. i tried it as jedi consular/master once and had to start the game all over again.

u can only get force sight the first time u talk to her otherwise it wont come up again also u need to have a fairly high influence on her so what u should do before talking to her is do nice things for people when she is around or mean things then talk to her and ask about her species then ask if she can teach u to see through the force.
for the hssiss thing my xbox froze and made a weird noise coz i spawned too many.

Not sure if this helps for xbox, but team giza has a fix for the Visa 'on-time' force site bug. Instead of it being a 1 chance thing it now can come up again if you mess up
