Vogga's vault--supposed to be a saber?
I read that in the vault would be a saber, either a part or a whole one if you built the first already. I did the quest with dancing and juma juice but when I went in the vault there was no saber. I got some random stuff and the big item was just some Echani armor. Has anyone else not gotten a saber from Vogga's vault? I got a lot of jedis and no sabers for em. It's killin' me.
Truthfully I never bothered with that vault, but almost all the items in the game are randomly generated so chances are you wouldn't get a lightsaber in there... if you really need sabers you could do that visa marr lightsaber cloning trick thing, but I heard it could mess up your game

Looks like another random generator thing to me. Probably they raised a little certain items' chances to appear, but it is not definite.
Too bad for the jedi. Usually I end up just dropping one a set of blasters and anoter a vibroblade and forgetting they have them.

Hmm... are you sure you checked all the cylinders and backpacks, ect, in the room?

Positive. Although, I tend to move fast in these games so it might be worth another check if I can get past Vogga again. I got another saber now so have a decent alottment to spread around but it sucks to have to share sabers. Each jedi needs his/her own personal saber! Also I needs some double sabers, my two-handed fighters tend to hoard the singles.

There is a bug with respect to the lightsaber in Vogga's Hoard. It doesn't always appear and I don't know what triggers this behaviour. If you replay from a savegame before you opened the door, in all likelihood the saber will be there.

"We were hoping we could bring the Xbox platform into December but didn't want to make the formal announcement until we knew an earlier ship date would not compromise the quality of The Sith Lords," says Producer Mike Gallo.
Apologies if this sounds insulting, but are you sure you actually checked the right room? The reason I ask is that it's an easy mistake to make.
When you give the hounds the Juma juice, you are standing to the right of the Vault door. After the animation of them drinking it and falling asleep, you have magically moved outside Voggas's room and are standing just to the right of a [different] door. If you're in a hurry it's easy to open that door by mistake and think you've completed the quest.
The Hoard is one of the set points (of which there are 2 on every one of the 4 optional planets) which gives you a lightsaber part if you don't already have a lightsaber. Therefore, in contrast to the rest of the game, getting a lightsaber here is not random; you will get one if you already have one, or a part if you don't.

None taken. Yeah, I checked both rooms in there. No lightsaber. I'll go
with w666tvr's bug theory and chalk it up as a loss. No worries, I'm way past that now and doin' fine. Still looking for a double-saber though.

This has happened to me as well. One game I got a pile of nothing, and the other 2 I had gotten a lightsaber. The two instances I got the saber, I did the quest in the order the walkthru displays it. Seems to work, so maybe give that a shot.
Sometimes I do what I want, most of the time, I do what I have to.
