So where is the Sword of Kas?

We have the Rober of Vecna and Ring of Gaxx in the game, but no Sword of Kas? Why not? How cool would that be!?

IIRC, you can buy it from the merchant in Trademeet once you complete the two quests.

there is either a typo or greater misunderstanding at work here.

ras is a dancing long sword that you an buy in trademeet.

kas is an artifact weapon not availible in the game. iirc.

Koz-ivan, I definitely misread the question. I thought it was asking about the dancing Ras sword :-( I'm not sure if that was the intent of the question or not though. Ras, can be bought in Trademeet.

Has anyone been able to get Ras to work? I've tried using its "button" to start the thing up, but nothing seemed to happen: the sword remained in my character's hand. When I removed it from my character's hand and tried another time, it still didn't show up on the screen.

yeah ras works, it's a lot like daystar when it's in hand click the use item bit yadda yadda, wait a few seconds and sqring - dancing sword.
