the robe is a bonus merchant item, look for the bg2 download section on this very site.

the harper bit is complex, find the poisoned guy talk to xarr & have jaheria in the party is should all work out shortly.

Not to mention the HELP 911 part, @Xandax. You'd think the poster was dying, or unable to look up all the strategy guides scattered across the web, or even do a search here on "robe of vecna" to quickly acquire the information.

Well, with any luck, at least he had to change his shorts.

Oh, get this! Our topic's creator posted the same question, without the capital letters, an hour ago! And when he only got one (perfectly good) reply, he had to, of course, post it again.

You know, guy, it's common board politeness to allow people (who slowly trickle throughout the day into this area) time to examine questions, and provide replies. Many topics take 12-24 hours to get answers. That's expected. To repost topics within an hour, especially with capitals to make it look like you're desperate, is an insult to our intelligence. It also takes up bandwidth.

I suggest you keep this in mind when you ask your next series of questions. Thanks.
