making amends in the temple

i need to make amends wiht the temple, and i cant find any masters of the temple to do it for. please help

i think you can find 1 in balmora temple.. just walk down the whole time.. untill you enter a room with 2 ash pit thingies and 1 of the 2 temple guys there should be a guy you can make amends too.

i cant belive that the master of a temple was in balmara, the city i frequent most, and the temple i did acts in that required me to make amends, how was it so close under my nose. grrr. thanks
