You can never tell with the ones who declare themselves 'dignified'. :D
As for sausage, it comes from Germany, and is very similar to haggis--so indirectly, you're criticizing Greg.
The original German sausage was much more satisfying to my tastes, especially considering what types of food and chemicals are placed inside the American version of the product. Yuck. At least I know what I'm eating.

Otherwise, I happen to have to eat Haggis every year, so the German version isn't such a bad type of food for one like me. Quite filling, really. :)
I don't deal in oysters, which were never meant to be anything other than windowdressing, and sloppy joes are deep in my past.

That you even ate some of those speaks volumes. ;)
Though I really did like good, honest Texas chili. If you want to say something about that, it could mean a war with Texas, you beaver-loving Canuck.
Of course, I am quite partial to beavers. It is fun to watch them go to work on a log, especially hardwood.

However, if you try once more to goad us into a war, we will line the borders with microwaves and turn them all on at once, and send our navy after you, War Mongering Yank. :)

I don't mind Texan chili, as long as they make it spicy enough to make me choke. :D
And it is well known that canada created the world wide abomination that is known as 'Bacon'. You are by NO MEANS innocent. *nods*
1. We did not invent Bacon.
2. We did invent Back Bacon.
3. We did invent Maple Syrup too.
4. They taste good together.
5. Did I just type that?
6. Make fun, chu, and I will beat you to death with a hard jug of #3.

Yet another example of the decadance of modern civilization.

Come on Fable you wouldt skewer nice little Ol' Scottish Lass like myself would you ? (she stares innocently, large eyes glistening with worry)

Oh, that we had met a few thousand years ago, give or take a hundred. ;) But I'm a happily married man of many centuries, and will therefore skewer whomever I like! At least, I think that was more or less the way I meant it...right?

That you even ate some of those speaks volumes.

I had youth and its concomittant idiocy on my side. What were your excuses? :D

However, if you try once more to goad us into a war, we will line the borders with microwaves and turn them all on at once, and send our navy after you, War Mongering Yank.

We will fight you on the beaches and across your ice hockey courts, as long as you don't jam our airwaves with William Shattner. If you do, we will surrender with instantaneous bravery!

I don't mind Texan chili, as long as they make it spicy enough to make me choke.

Finally, an area of complete agreement! I knew that we people of beneficent saintliness could compromise by discussing a mutual truth. :)

Glad I'm in Canada. No American knows where we reside. Although I am not quite sure about skewering. I'll leave such things unanswered so you can seek guidance from your overlord, also known as your wife. She will no doubt want to keep a hold on what you try to skewer.

We will fight you on the beaches and across your ice hockey courts, as long as you don't jam our airwaves with William Shattner. If you do, we will surrender with instantaneous bravery!

Too bad we took down our only metal radio tower to make a battering ram. All our other ones melted. We will, however, order our undercover operative Celine Dion to ravage the city of Las Vegas! Feel the burn as the (real) capital of America is burned to the ground!

I had youth and its concomittant idiocy on my side.

I had no idea Sloppy Joes were so old. You learn something new everyday.

Finally, an area of complete agreement! I knew that we people of beneficent saintliness could compromise by discussing a mutual truth.

We must educate the unclean masses to the glory of such a thing as spicy Texan Chili. However, their views on such things may be warped, as few consider me a picture of beneficient saintliness. It may marr your image as a wise and infallible godlike entity.

Well that shows me that I no longer need to hold back my secret weapon. ( she rummages through her purse searching for ..... "AHA!", pulling a blank can of something illegible from YOUR distance.)

Now Fable, I tried.. to play nice, but, (deep sigh), you wouldnt have it.( she then sets the can down on the floor, explaining.... " Now this is a Can of Whoop #$@, and Im about to open it on you , (giggles maniacally):mischief:

Ummmm

Ok , ok .

Im not confuzzled at all ( umm just a little) And Umm, did That guys head just explode over the wall? (checks herself for debri) Holding her hanfs straight out and forward, she slowly back away from the forum, stepping carefully as not to bump into anything unidentifiable.

A can of Whoop Ass...? No, a can of Whoop #$@, which is far worse! Really, you Scottish women are so wild, no wonder that monster in Loch Ness likes to hang around! He's probably getting it on with some local mythological beastie. :)

Why don't you just pack a can of Essence of Glenlivet? I wouldn't mind being knocked out by that.
