Hi y'all
Ignore the Golems. Concentrate all party members with a melee weapon on the devil. Even mages. I managed to defeat him with all but one of my party members dying. He had 9 hp left, and just after he killed the boss, one of the golems killed him.
If nothing we do matters, then all that matters is what we do.
1. You need +3 (or +4, don't remember) weapons.
2. Don't cast any spells. The demon is completly immune to magic and, moreover, he'll cast "Dispel Magic" quite often.
3. Prepare any healing potions you have and USE them.
4. Don't kill the golems. If they die, Behilfereth will summon other pets.
5. Don't allow the golems to attack your party members fighting the demon. Normally, the golems should attack your weakest party member (mage). Use this char to lure the golems away from the rest of the party.
If you have a party mostly consisting of spell-casting chars, it's unfortunately almost impossible to defeat the boss. You might want to change the combat difficulty to easy mode, then.

Or..., if your party is spellcaster-heavy, use summoning spells and continue to hast your summoned pets. Several hasted earth elementals can do some damage. There are several traps in the area that will dispell magic, so be prepared. Tread lightly and be prepared to re-cast spells.
