truly stuck help please ty

i recently started playing dlords w/ my brother over a LAN... he picked up the horn of galdryn and we continued on our merry way..... he started a new character and accidently overwrote his old character along with the horn. now our objectives read to give the horn to emindor... but he says we don't have it..... when we go to fargrove the gaurd says captain okata has it closed.... we don't have the fargrove moonbridge active.... is there anyway out of this? if not is there a character editor that i could use to gain an "extra" horn of galdryn?
