How do i help this guy out of his problems, i found his daughters book, but he still sticks around.

Any help is appreciated. :)
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.

There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

Well, you can make him feel better. :D If you ask him why he remains, he states, "As simple as that question is, I do not have an answer. Perhaps there are other elves here that need my help to return to Arvandor. Maybe there is something else I need to resolve in order to complete my punishment." At any rate, he does provide a handy teleportation service. :D

Shame you can't use his skills to aid you more than just as a teleportation device.
