Unkillable Tanner! (SPOILERS)

Post by Kimmuriel »

I got the tanner to confess and everything and then I chased him to the basement. Strangely enough, after blocking the next set of stairs with fighters and summons and then rapidly magiking him and bowing him and FoDing him and Disintegrating him he is still alive and yet he's been at Near Death for nearly 7 minutes!

That's because he has to survive for a later quest in Trademeet, so even if it makes sense that the tanner would die from your attack he is essentially unkillable in the Bridge District.

And please, as it says in the first sticky thread in this forum, "About spoilers: read before posting," if you're going to post spoilers, add spoiler to your thread title. We still have new players, they get annoyed at finding out game material they didn't want to know when spoilers aren't indicated, and I get complaints. Quickly. Which is why I knew about this one.

I'm changing it. You'll be expected to take care of it, in the future.

Sorry if this sounds grumpy, but it's the weekend, and I didn't want to take out the time from other activities to fix this.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

They complain regularly to mods, plural, when they do--yes. Because they know it's the best way of getting the problem solved, so the perosn who does it doesn't do it again.
