I think we're meant to download ToTL, right? Because HoW didn't have a lot of playing hours, so Bioware decided to to create an add-on to the add-on.

Lazy.

Lots of it about - there is a thread about IWD2 around somewhere.

Rumours were of a Xmas release but that has yet to materialise - it was a short deadline anyway. Buck posted an article about it.
