Where's Aislip? (Possible Spoiler)

I hate having to post this but this is driving me crazy. I've been all over swam around in that blasted lake until my skin looks like a prune and still can't find the bugger. Where is Aislip?

The word isnt spelled right but to answer your question: I suggest diving from the flame lit spot.Dive straight down, when you reach the bottom do a 360 degree turn till you see a mound. Look round that mound you'll find a door. And viola!
