Two quick questions

Post by Backstagehook »

(1) How do you open the trapdoor behind the tavern in Bowerstone South? I've only heard rumors that it can be done but no actual answers.

(2) Is there any way to slow down the Card Sort Game in TLC? In the original Fable you could just use Slow Time but that doesn't work in TLC.

I can answer #1, The trapdoor opens when the statue at lookoutpoint points towards Bowerstone. It looks like a bit a clock, points at different places at different times, but im not sure, it must have been near midnight when i got into there. Theres not much down there, just a chest and a bookcase. I got nothing at all from the bookcase and a leather chestpiece from the chest.

Other Possibilities

Yeah I got that right after I posted and felt like a total idiot when I got in. It was about midnight when it opens. I wonder if that works for the picnic area as well with the sundial. I'm going to try it later to see what happens. I also wonder if that statue opens anything in the Guild. Might be worth looking into.

Still haven't gotten the Scarlet Robe Doll yet. I'm just not fast enough. Any ideas?

No. The spell is active but it doesn't seem to effect the card game speed or the host's speech like it did in Fable 1.
