Question about Ranger Lord

Well I just recently aquired ranger lord, aimed for the class for the hackeye skill. As soon as I got the class I spent some points to get hackeye lvl 8 but I tryed out my bow to see how well the hackeye works but I honestley don´t think I got a single 1 shot kill in 5 minutes.... DO i need to get it to lvl15+ befpre ot works well
any one nkow where to get a good bow?

DID I SCREW UP GETTING RANGER LORD?

well there is a few, u can get the nercotic battle bow in the shadow ruins. at the air jumping part. just right of the glyph.
also in the last part of the game, iryanthabul, u can get a winter battle bow and a fire battle bow in the chest to the very left of the maze.

I've found the master battle bow and necrotic battle bow in the Draedoth Temple and Tomb of Souls. I don't remember which chests specifically, but try the ones that give you weapons a few times and you should be able to find one.
