Stuck in the Halls of Heroes

Post by JoeL »

I need help ! My party defeated Terikan the Lich and then grabbed looted the Hall for all it was worth. I also found Terikan´s key in the Forge when I reported my victory to that undead Dwarven Cleric, but when I try to open the door to Wyrmtooth in the Hall of Heroes, nothing will happen. So, what do I have to do to open that damn door ?

Hmm, after you grabbed the key out of the lava and returned to the Hall did you get attacked again?

How did you "defeat" the lich?

Well Ned, you're not supposed to be fighting Larrael Of the Severed Hand :D He's your handy teleporter to various places :D
Joel was speaking of Terikan in Dorns Deep.

ok, just getting my liches confused. I couldn't remember the names although when Grunt boy mentioned 'how did you defeat the lich', I figured he was talking about Larrael. Reason being Grunt is so well versed in the game, his comment seemed one of amazement. A sort of, "No way!!! How did you do that." Am I making sense here. I hope so.

Anyway, is terikan the lich near that idol you fight. My, it has been a long time since I played this game.

Oh and btw Grunt, I need your left ear.

I was just prompting him for a response - I was wondering if he has defeated Terrikan (by using the phylacteries) cos he didn't mention it.

My ear? Come and take it  :D

Flanders? Get lost! ;)

Uh, Ned? Now is probably not the time or place, best to take it in SYM, lest we incur the wrath of the Almighty Buck for going off topic.

Besides, I know where he is in SYM. :D

[MODERATOR - You need not fear Buck in here. When you're in the IWD board, remember you have the beast in his own den. Most dangerous. :D ]

Hi ! I just wanted to let you know that JoeL´s (my ID at home) problem is no longer an issue. I just got some savegames confused, so in the game I mentioned, I still had to grab the key. Thanks for the replies, though :)

Why the two ID's? Can't you remember you password?

Forum rules frown on multiple ID's. Mild telling off this time, Nagroth/JoeL but I'll let you off. ;)

As a matter of fact, I did forget my password once, and because I had an urgent question, I created a new id. Sorry for that, but I hardly use the JoeL ID anyway, since surfing from the office is sooo much better :) You gotta love these T1- LAN connections.
