Samauri and Marauder get Light Dual Wield, Deathlords Medium Dual, which works completely in 1.4. All these begin with fighter, and you have to become a Maurauder to be a Deathlord. To become Samauri, you must complete House of Tiger or Dragon quest in addition to fighter status.

Think that covers everything...

Why do I have do be a fighter in order to become a samurai ?
Do the eastern houses professions depend on your membership in the basic classes you have already obtained ?

You have to be a samurai or marauder to start using dual wield. You could chose to use ninjitsu which is quad wield (if that's a phrase) because you use fists and feet. The magic using classes can chose some form of ninjitsu user as a class selection. It depends on which fighting style you want but if it's dual wield then you are looking at questing for samurai or marauder.
