Where could i find an editor for IWD ?

Im thinking its like Shadowkeeper for BG2 hence the name DaleKeeper. I havent tried it my self. I liek to only use money and my other favorite cheat nick named
ctrl+r=Oh Shit, a.k.a Heal

Gotta have cheats inables tho.
