Knox - hunted Hunter - persuasion requirements

The walkthrough states that with enough persuasion you can get Knox to tell you what he and Bertram Tung wanted to do with this "Asian Vampire"... Anyone got an Idea how high my skill has to be to get my hands on that info? With my 6 points I can get him to tell me that trip sells weapons but no hint on bertrams plans... any tips?

You need perception, I believe, not persuasion. You need to see through the charade not convince him of anything.

You get a little extra experience for revealing the deception. If you were going to be raising your perception anyway its not bad to snag the xp.
