is there something wrong???

there is something wrong the exp points i'm getting. For example... One of the website (The Locus Inn) said that after killing a Yeti it will give me 420 exp, but when i actually kill them in the game it only 300 something exp points... I notice that some of the screenshot of other people game at Vale of Dragons have like 40 Hp for each members, while mine is only 20s... So that why i think that something wrong with the exp points i'm getting. PLZ HELP ASAP!!!

The Hp of characters is based on class, constitution and the roll of the dice.

Example

(Mage Hp 8. At next level the mage has a chance of gaining 1 to 8 more Hp points. It just depends on the previous three things. To make sure you get the most Hp, turn the difficulty down before you level up)

As for the exp points, I haven't ever heard of a bug with it.

Do you have the game set on easy mode?

Easier = less XP = slower level increase & less HP.

Either that or you are zooming through the game too quickly and not getting all the XP available.
