Problem! Finished both icewind dale and heart of winter

I have finished Icewind Dale and Heart of Winter. Recently downloaded Trials of Luremaster but have heard adventure starts in Lonlywood.
My problem is trying to get back to Lonlywood from Kuldahar. After you finish Heart of Winter the game takes you back to Kuldahar, is there someone you have to talk to here to get back to Lonlywood for the second time?

I had forseen this problem - I never got round to playing HoW until I downloaded the Luremaster dungeon. Hence I took time out from HoW to complete the Castle.

But your dilemma did cross my mind. Have you tried going into the small house in Kuldahar where Hjolder resides again?

Did you finish and import your IWD game into HoW or did you embark on HoW part way through IWD?

Grunty is probably right about the Hjolder thing, but it apparently takes time for his transportation deelie (wind of something) to warm up, try talking to him in Kuldahar. If possible
