Problems with the Githyanki after the Underdark

Hi all,

So I've managed to get myself out of the Underdark and back to Athkatla, and I am running into a problem with a group of Githyanki in the Temple district who want the blade of the Silver Sword back.

Specifically, after the dialogue with the head of the Githyanki party, the game switches to the kind of 'in-game cinematic' it does; hiding the interface panels and not allowing player actions while the rest of the Githyanki appear. Problem is, it never switches back from this state. Me and the Githyanki just stand there staring at each other.

The game itself is still running fine (it alt-tabs and responds to commands from the task manager).

Has anyone else seen this before, or know what is causing it?

I've had that problem before when trying to pause right before a cut-scene. A reload usually fixed it.
