Does any1 know how 2 get 2 Sotha sil. On the back of the case of GOTY it says about going to Sotha sil but I can't find a way to get there.

SPOILERS

Like he said, complete both the Temple and Royal parts of the storyline to go to Clockwork city- you need to speak to Amalexia first to go...

"Somebody" will send you to where Sotha Sil is... make sure you follow the Tribunal quest.
