Did a search and found them. Tried to download them but then my file explorer asked which folder to put them in.

Download them to a file. Look inside the downloaded file (it should be a .zip or .rar file or something) and look where the readme tells you to put them.

EDIT - back up your save files just in case...

Look in the 'Saves' folder in the KotOR2 folder.

Copy its contents to a flash drive or another folder...

That way you can restore your saves if you need to re-install your game...

Would an SD card be ok? What patches have you installed and have you had any problems?

If they will go to an SD card then that should be ok...

I have installed various non-official quest fixes. I havent got around to testing them on a new game. However, I have an extensive collection of Morrowind mods.

If you could tell me where you got those mods I would be most grateful...

Not a clue...

I went on the sith lords restoration project for quest fixes, but I don't think that one was there...

Happy hunting :D

Actually, saves seem to stay for KOTOR2 if you uninstall and reinstall your game. They did for me, anyway (don't try this at home kids without backing up :) )

A backup was all I suggested. I never back anything up.

However, mods only work on games started after you install it...

I currently am running a few mods - reskins and quest fixes mainly, but there is a good one which is like a console that is visible... :D

Yes.

The mod I downloaded gives the character a portable workbench which can be used to make anything in the game... :D
