I just stumbled over something that may be a glitch in the conversation with Hanharr.
If you keep talking to him, gaining influence, you will eventually get the chance to break him entirely. There is a dialogue option about him dropping the primitive traditions of his people. I had an influence failure on that one, but the dialogue continued, facing me with another influence check. that one was positive, an I broke him, raising his strength by 2 while lowering the intelligence by 2.
Now for the glitch: I spoke to Hanharr again, choosing the same dialogue options- and it worked a second time!!
Not that an intelligence of 6 is much of use, but Hanharr's current strength is 26! and I think I can keep doing this, breeding an even more powerful slaughter-machine than Hanharr would be anyway.
If this isn't a real glitch, or if it is already known, I excuse for posting, but searching the forum for a post on this topic was a bit annoying due to the sheer number of posts.
PS: I forgot: I also got the XP and the DS-points twice.
PPS: Did anyone notice that there is a LS-opportunity to gain influence on GO-TO?
*SPOILER* Hanharr glitch?

Welcome to GameBanshee!
Yep, it's a known glitch. In fact, it has also been known, from what I hear, to boost HanHarr's intelligence up to 253 after it goes down to zero, and there is also a warning that the ability to save disapears if your strength gets to high. It was posted here as well.
On GO-TO... no, I didn't. Then again, I usually ignore GO-TO.
Edit- Looks like you read the READ BEFORE POSTING sticky as well. Kudos!

Thanks for the warning! I used this to make up for some LS points I got from Geeda...
If anyone is interested in the GO-TO influence gain:
Ask him about how to help the Republic, and if he can offer you ressources. As You are getting DS here, the LS shift later won't be too significant, but then again, you'll need the INF you'll get here.
Ask him about his operations on Nar Shaddaa and talk about Vogga. When he tells you never to deal with Hutts, agree with him that in the long run, supplying Telos with fuel from Vogga will harm the Republic. Don't be greedy now! You'll lose INF when saying anything about your own profit (there are 2 options to loose INF).
If you picked the right answer, you'll get some XP and LS points.
Question to the Fuel Quest: Does GO-TO pay anything for saving Citadel Station like he does for stabilizing Onderon and Dantooine?

I've 'completed' the quest, but it is typically unresolvable, with is a pain in the neck. That means there is no way for you to complete it, it just stews in the journal for a while, and neither Vogga or the TSL will recognize that it happened. Neither will GO-TO. Slightly infuriating.
He should pay if you can get the quest resolved, which happens if you perform a series of actions in the correct order.

Well, the Fuel Quest disappeared from my active log and is shown among the completed quests. I had already finished the droid yacht when I first spoke to Vogga, and after negotiating a fuel supply for Telos and talking to Vogga a second time, the quest was done, I got my XP and a 'finder's fee' from Vogga, but GOTO didn't say a thing.
Also, I cant talk about the new fuel source with him.
*sigh* Guess that's another of the ****less details Obsidian forgot...
About using GOTO:
I guess having him around would've been really cool inside a factory that produces HK-droids... But that being cut out, GOTO remains as flotsam: out of place and useless.
