Mindflayers wiped out.(possible spoiler)

I have a problem. I am in the mindflayer dungeon and I have killed all of them. I now know I must have one of them to open the remaining 2 doors (to Elder Brain and the exit). What do I do now?

To prevent this very problem, there is a room where a flayer always respawn after a little while. I think it's in the serum room (#7 on this [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/baldursgateii/walkthrough/images/ar2400.jpg"]map[/url]), but check #1 aswell if it's not there.

Thank you. That worked out right nicely. Except....I have now seemed to have blown my cover in Ust Natha (I guess I answered the door man's question). The whole city is coming down on me but I am holding my own quite well. My worry is whether I can still complete the quest for the dragon eggs. Can I kill all the dow and still get the eggs?

You can complete the quest even if caught. I once got caught and had to deal with everything in sight coming at my party: it was a lot of fun.

Just be aware that you could end up mobbed.

The eggs are held in a vault, in the building where you got the elder race blood quest. I don't know if the game will let you lockpick into there. If not, you will need the key from Phaere. Since I assume she will be hostile, you might be able to get the key from her remains. I've never had to play the area this way, but I suppose you can just grab the eggs and run back to the dragon.

Well, apparently I screwed those other quests... I never got to use the Brine Potions or the Elder Orb Eyestalk or the Elder Brain Blood. Once I got into Ust Natha it was kill or be killed and I must say that they put up a quite weak defense. Never saw Phaere that I know of and nobody dropped a key of any sorts...oh well. Got the Eggs and now I am back in Atkathla planning Bodhi's demise.
