Myria's Dismay-Rpg Game,I am creating

Hello All,I have created and established a decent game development team in order to create a nice rpg.Our team name is "Rpg Dominion".I have joined here for 2 reasons.
1.To get more Ideas/Feedback on my Game
2.To look for a full time rpg/pixel artist

I would like to ask for any ideas or tips you would like to add to make this game awesome,it will be coded with gamemaker and c++.
