HELP How to fly up shaft

Im doing a thieves guild quest for...Big helende, The Ebony Staff quest. Well you need to go up a shaft to get to where the staff is however i dont know how to go up it. I talk to NPCs and they said i have to fly up...how do i do that? i attempted to jump and stuff but didnt work plz help.

You can use a potion or spell of levitate.

Ok, well i just put my acrobat to 500 and jumped
