Okay - are the ranks being devided yet - or how will this occour?

I believe (I know my wing is) that we will wait until the game comes out and everyone except the Wing Leaders will need to climb up the ladder.

Only two people have volunteered for second highest rank in the Magi Wing... I suppose we can close application and herald these fine individuals into their newly acquired position of leadership?
