Stuck In Ulm Need Help Please

OK I am inside the keep at Ulm and have been there for a long time, covered all of it I think. I even have the Strongholes key but can find no way out. Have I missed somehting, or goofed in some way, have run and rerun the thing over and over and can't find a way out or find the Argilia I came for I need some help please.

have you been to the sewers?? that is where the armor is. there are wraiths and a ghost. that's what I got. you have to find a skull lever to operate a gate, there is suppose to be two, but I have found only one. and if you can hold your breath a long time, then you dont need those skull levers. find the room that has columns, but no floor, you need to jump from one to another. once you get to the other side, there should be a room that resembles a jail. there is a guy there that tells you that the armor is in the sewers.
