Lock splitter scroll in Balmora!

If anyone is still looking for Ekash's Lock Splitter scroll, I found one by accident in Balmora. In the alley between the back Tsiya's house and the back of Ra'virr's
shop are 3 crates with one on top of two. In the top crate there it is!!

I don't think that the scroll is there all the time, i think that the scroll is leveled loot.

heres the deal
every time you load a game and go to balmora, there will be a random(usually crappy)magical item in one of the many crates in the city. I guess you got lucky.

Yes,most those crates are filled in random, enchanted items/scrolls/potions particularly. Somebody just had been lucky.

and worse, it didn't even work when I used it, and now its gone! Alas and ah well.
