Over flown loot bag

I am in my strong hold and when ever I put an item down, this bag appears and takes all my stuff! I have already gotten rid of my millions of potions but as soon as I put some thing down it goes in the bag how can I get rid of this? and once again I am on xbox so mods are not available.

Never experienced it myself, however i was told it appeared every time there were too much items (unstacked names) in one cell. It was, IIRC, something about 1024 on PC and 256 on xbox (may be wrong about exact numbers). The first protection is to stack stackable items. The other - use containers, each of them is counted as one unit, no matter what's in. Of course, there shouldn't be too much names in a container, but the weigth limit usually ensures it. As long the items are scattered across the cell, you're bound to run into overflow, esp. on xbox.

Oh great, looks like I will never be abe to build a bed out of iron daggers... well thanks for the help.
