I'm stuck, I was in the Tomb of Souls, left, now I can't get back in, anyone know why or how to get back in?

any help appriciated

So far as I know, there isn't any way to get back in, except to hack your saved game file. If you have a save from inside the ruins, that's what you should go back to.
