And all these creature breeded with humans, right?
First of all, we can't play these races, and second, this means that anything can be "half-something". Like a half-ogre, half-goblin, half-halfling, half-giant, half-dopppleganger.
Sorry for being a bit critical of your idea, but i just don't see this happening.

You can get half ogres but my idea was the most likly cretures but i don't know what half of them are like so i wouldn't know

There could make half-giants these would be reasonable IMO. Also why not hobbits? I also think that 'race kits' could be made. Like elves could be normal elves, drow or wood elves (or something along those lines) and you could have deep gnomes etc

I always assumed that halflings were a version of Tolkiens hobbits.

It would get confusing with the subraces
drow: +2 int +2 dex
and there's wood, silver, sea, avariel, wolf guys and so on.
shield dwarevs, mountain, gray, wild.
