Inaccessible secret room in naga relic area

If you use a crystal of vision, directly west of the relic platform there's an extra body of water that appears accessible, but there's a wall there. The walkthrough states that no known way of getting to the secret room.

I figured that maybe the wall was an illusion. I had bought some scrolls of dispell magic barrier from Grymlock but they don't show in normal inventory. The dispell magic barrier scrolls only show in the sell screen! Why is that and could I be correct in assuming the wall is fake?

those 'dispel magic barrier' are found as letters in your inventory... I bought one my first time through... but never tried to use it...

The dispel magic barrier scrols still are ONLY in my sell screen. Maybe only a certain class can use them, or something else could be necessary in order to use them???

I hex edited location at wall and got into the mysterious room. There's nothing there which is probably why there was a wall instead of an opening

Someone notify the walkthrough people about the empty room.
