[Wierd] Valdane's blood

k, first, i went to Vartugg and he told me to go kill this kid, Valdane and take his blood. well, i went to the Naga's temple and i free Valdane, THEN I SAVE THE GAME AFTER I FREE HIM. Then, i went to my lunch. Then i open my dungeon lord CE version and load the save again. I left the naga temple and i went back to the Vartugg’s Fortress: as soon as i went into his fortress, the trader who was standing behind the window WON'T OPEN THE SIDE DOOR AND LET ME SEE VARTUGG... i felt so bad, cuz i don't know what to do... should i redo the whole mission? (freeing Valdane) or do i still have to finish some more mission??

Plz... Plz... gimme a hand...

Was Valdane gone when you loaded your game, or was he still standing in his cell? If he's still there, then you should be able to run back to him and get his blood. Otherwise, you'll have to load an earlier save or do some hex editing.

DId you also get the relic of power (Robe of Regeneration)?

I dont know if you have to have that to complete Vartugg's quest, but you should have gotten it anyways...

Valdane was gone when i loaded my game, but i saved right after i free him outside of his cell, when i load my game, i can still see that he is saying "i must get the hell outta here now", but i can never find him. Well, but i thought that as soon as i got his blood, i can still go back to Vartugg.
Yes, i have got everything, including that relic of power (Robe of Regeneration).

I tried again today, i did the same thing twice. i did the quest and i ran back to Vartugg's Fortress and the guy who is behind the window just won't open up Vartugg's door and let me see him...

omg....

Do you actually have the blood? If not, you could try one of those editors out there to put the blood into your inventory.

yes, i just download the editor for CE, but i didn't know how to add items.
I downloaded everything from that post, i opened the one called "DL Item List with Categories", and there is a lot lot lot of codes. Then i open my editor, and i just didn't know how to add another item to my item list.... please teach me...
