Technical Question on Better Bodies

Post by dragon wench »

I was wondering if anyone here knows how to...er.. alter the "dimensions" in the Better Bodies mod... using the Construction Set.

I like BB, but I keep thinking my poor little Breton is about to fall over because of being a little too... top heavy..

Seriously, this is the one thing that bothers me about the mod.. the bodies seem based on male fantasy rather than reality ;)

Though I suppose if I reduced the mammary gland size the BB clothing might not work? :D

I think the clothing would remain the same size and shape, but the skin would change in size...

While I like the BB mod, there is no 'companion' version for heads. So the skin colour is different on the heads and bodies, particularly for Orcs and Elves...

I don't know how to do it - you would have to change the meshes, and that's too complicated for me...

You could change the height ot the character to bring her back into 'proportion', but that would change the look even further...

Fuller Bodies

I'm using a mod that adds weight called Sorcha Ravenlock's Fuller Bodies. According to the readme it says that the game will automatically resize the clothing.

The website to the mod is http://homepage.eircom.net/~cotnfan/pages/Fuller_Bodies.htm

Hmmm... that being the case, now all I need to do is figure out how to adjust the weight, so that the upper body is more in proportion wth the lower.....

1) load the CS
2) Load data files - select all master files plus the BB .esm
3) go to character - race - then chose the race you want

There will be a 'weight' option. You will have to experiment, as I don't know...
