Where is the best place to find the best heavy weapons? I have never had luck finding those things. I do find a lot of great medium weapons in the Tomb of Souls, but never the heavy weapons I want.
Please provide specific locations, down to chests if possible.

The naga queen will at least sometimes drop the barbtongue runeblade.
Dreadoth temple is the place for the great swords sapphire, emerald, diamond light and burning crystal. Look in the chest on the southern wall upstairs after you pass the elemental of evil and pick up the gold key. In Khad's domain on the western wall in the broken bridges section there are 4 chests. Three of them give demon stones and the 4th one will give greatswords. The lone chest on the eastern wall gives a demon stone and (at least in the CE) will give greatswords.
The southwest chest in the maze of irynthabl will give no-dachi of winter.
