holo bastilla

Post by lonewolf13 »

I once got T3M4 to show me a holo recording of Bastilla after working on him. At the time I was playing ls male (can't remeber my class), saying Revan was ls male. However, my repair and computer skills never got high enough to do the next stage of upgrades on T3, so I never found out if there was anything else to the message if you kept working.
I've played through several more times since then but never found the holo again even though I usually get all t3's upgrades done early on now. I always play that Revan ls, once as female, the rest as male. I've played ls and ds female and ls male. I always use a sentinal in these later games so I'll have lots of skills.
The only thing I can figure is I'm doing some of the work off ship, but I always do the last few on ship.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
When all else fails, try brute force.

there isn't any more to the message and if you make revan female you get a holo of Carth. To find the message you have to have a high influence with him and pick the conversation option ' let me see if there is anything else in your memory core'. You have to do this after the Telos Academy.
Hmm. Much fear i sense in you. Be mindful of your feelings. Fear is a path to the Dark side. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering ...

Somehow, I missed the option to see the T3 holovid. When does this come into play? I've been playing a Sentinel, and I'm just becoming a Jedi Master now, and have fully maxed the repair/computer use options for T3. Still no option to see a holovid. Man, I'm bummed by this.

1. Is this a known bug?
2. Can someone let me know where this might come in, so I can replay a save game and see it?
3. Barring that, could someone at least tell me what I'm missing? I'm a sucker for storyline, so I'd like to at least know what it was, if I can't manage to get it to work.

Thanks for any help.

T3-M4 Holo Message

What you need is an INT of at least 16, actual IQ or through enhancement, and a high computer skill to get the dialogue option... I have played through several times with this and it works everytime and afterwords talk with Kreia and you get a dialogue option about T3-M4...

Ah, cool. So I guess I can still get it, when my INT is high enough? Awesome! Many thanks.

So, any suggestions on how to increase my INT through items? Mine is only 12, and I don't want to spend my level-up points on INT just for this.

There are very very few items that will increase INT, your only option is to cheat, and then disable the cheat (but that will give you a 'cheat used' sign) or to use a savegame editor to temporarily edit your INT.
Rebel in decibels, against - what? The same-old, whatever they've got.

I appreciate the help, but I did find another way just now--apparently, the temporary boost from Force Valor works for this, too. So as long as I max out Force Valor (which I'd probably do anyhow), then I can do it. Cool!

Thanks again for the help, everyone.

You can also...

several mental boosting implants can increase your INT adequatly enough and if all else fails, after the civil war on Onderon you can get the Ossus Keeper robes from the museum which will work quite well.
