Kanker bug - not the speech

Anyone had this, no matter how many times I kill Brother Kanker he never drops the 'Enlightenment note".

I have not completed VTM:Bloodlines in over a year but I could have sworn the note appears on the dias where Kanker appears.

Any clues, maybe I am looking in the wrong place, is it a bug?

Yes, the note only gets droped on the Second Boss, not Kanker specificly.

Oooooh you mean the chick in the high class hotel? That makes sense last time I played it I took her out first.

Yeah, the first Boss you kill you get a Masqurade Point and the Second drops the Enlightened Note.
