i just installed the game and i tried to play but when the game starts
the screen goes off,but when i exit the game it turns on again
and i dying to play this game.
help anyone?pleeeeeaaase?

Sorry, Deacon_Frost, but I probably cannot help you even if your post was more properly posted. Not only do you use poor grammar, your meaning is unclear. From what you say, I think you might be able to play the game simply by exitting from it. Also, if someone with more technical expertise than me is going to help you, you should describe the major components of your system. (Version of Windows, CPU, video card, sound card, and memory. Do you have any programs running in the background? What are your virtual memory settings? Have you installed the most recent official patch? Etc, etc.)

Yes could you list your systems info?
Are you drivers upto date, i.e Motherboard (if VIA), Sound and Video?
Did you patch the game to Offical 1.2?
Does Half-Life 2 run on your computer?
