You seem to be under the misapprehension that I'm upset. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Its just that us geeks tend to make assumptions about others that are downright unfair (like assuming everybody knows what a CLI is). I try not to make those assumptions, and when you are getting barraged from several different sides with advice, it's pretty easy to lose the specific solution you were asking for.
