Can you return after using ring of calling?

I have the ring of calling, and I want to see were i go from here, but i was wondering will I be able to come back later? I have been putting off some small quests, that i would like to return to later

Yes you can. Once you get outside just touch the statue to go back.
There is a wing growing motion
