I would agree with Rav there, my knowledge goes so far as 'white wines with white meat, red wines with red meat'.

But it looks great, I'd eat that any day. And yeah, I'm no fan of mushrooms either, but when it's blended in with the flavour, it's brililant.

It'll be perfect.
