Custard Mansion Map and Skuldoon

Our Multiplayer group completed this quest in Fargrove and the fighter picked up the map accidently.
All of our party joined the guild of mystery but several of us have the deliver custard mansion map to X in Skuldoon.
If the fighter who doesnt want to be a hunter or trickster delivers the map will he be the only one in the group to choose these 2nd tiers? Or is the delivery simply to get a heraldry like the fighter or mage quests?
Im just a bit worried since Im the only one going that route in the group!
Any and all comments and advice would be great!!

I don't play multi, but how about if the fighter looks at his letters inventory, finds the map and drops it to the ground allowing you to pick it up?
