Do you find that it is just getting to the point of working out that is the most difficult part, but that once you are there you feel great?
I'm like that, on an individual day basis. Usually I just have to decide "to hell with it" and go running even when I really don't want to.

My first two fingers on my right hand have callouses on the knuckles. Never figured out why.

No, no, I know where the boy is coming from. '94, Sega Genesis, Hollyfield Boxing. Blisters the size of Texas.
I wailed on everyone in the game though! HA!
About the exercise...the sympomatic asthma I have does leave me needing to watch how I work out. Plus, the problems with my neck as well.

"Oh, so I can crate you and hide you in the warehouse at the end of Raiders?"
"So funny, kiss me funny boy!" / *Sprays mace* " I know, I know, bad for the ozone"

Well it might help if he wasn't peeing down the back of his leg!
And I just checked Amazon, Oblivion is the #1 and #2 best seller right now for games. If my PC could handle it I might consider getting it, but my wife seems to think a cruise would be a better use of the money it would take to upgrade the PC.

He was probably standing closer to the fence than the test, so the flow was uninterupted.Darzog wrote:Well it might help if he wasn't peeing down the back of his leg!
Tell her to go to Oblivion and buy it anyway.I just checked Amazon, Oblivion is the #1 and #2 best seller right now for games. If my PC could handle it I might consider getting it, but my wife seems to think a cruise would be a better use of the money it would take to upgrade the PC.

I had long been like with eating, and especially eating breakfast. I just didn't feel like it, which was causing all kinds of problems.
I finally started forcing myself to eat in much the same way as people often force themselves to exercise.
I think with both, (if you are lucky) eventually you do begin to crave it. I'm still having trouble getting breakfast down, but I find that it helps to trigger eating during the day for some reason, and I'm actually getting really hungry at regular intervals now.
Great... my SO is working out too.. our food bills are going to go through the roof..
Jogging is something I've never been able to do unfortunately, because I have mild asthma.
What I've found to help a lot is when you first start jogging, take one puff from an emergency inhalor about 10-15 minutes before you run. That will open your lungs and will keep you from having an attack most times. Then as you get more used to it you can stop taking the inhalor before the run since your lungs have been beaten into shape by then.
That helped me when I started jogging with my dogs in the morning.

Normally I wouldn't, but I was the drunken master chef for a group of stoners. They tried getting me to do their dirty work. Stupid me...

God I hate rice.

I have nothing against drug use, morally. Really I couldn't care less what other people do as long as it doesn't affect me. I just personally have no desire to use drugs, similar to how I have no desire to play golf. Neither appeal to me.

I like rice. Try it with a 50/50 mix of parmesian (grated) and cayenne pepper sauce with garlic. Not too much pepper sauce is necessary though to flavor rice. It makes it spicy, and the cheese absorbs some of the sauce, so you taste the flavor more before it becomes too hot to handle.
I go with whatever works for me. Alcohol works for me. Painkillers work for me, but I'd need a constant flow of them, and that's no good. My friends, they like technicolor fun.
@ DW, Walking to work, and lifting, dragging and carrying all day has made my bill for food double compared to when I was staying at home and watching baby Kiya last year.
