I can't drink wine that much, it rips me up like mad and gives me massive pain the next day. I start feeling woozy after 2 glasses (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). I just don't like the taste that much I guess.

You sure microwave isn't an option? :p

Actually speaking of wine, maybe I'll go for the peach wine from Korea tonight instead of Hornsby's. That fruit wine (rice-wine not grape wine) from Korea rocks. Especially the berry stuff. Yummy!
No. But it's a red. It's not supposed to be cold. Just cool.

It also sucks. It's a cabernet-baco. I should have known not to get it because I don't like cabernet sauvignon, but I had been up for 20 hours when I bought it five hours ago, so hey.
I like my wine cold. I like just about everything cold aside from actual food. Sorry to hear that though.

No, I do care, 'cept I'm DM'ing. :p Player killing...mmm...

I tend to stick to the regular grape wines. I'm something of a purist. But only for myself. I don't scoff at people who don't share my tastes.

Well, I figure personal tastes should supercede rules any day, but the "proper" way to drink red is slightly chilled.

Care to send some of your adventure idears my way? I'm working on writing up a long-term-ish campaign, and I could use a few imagination triggers to work 'er through.

P.S.: I have a pretty good concept for a level 5-7 adventure if you want some reciprocity.

*nods* I drink it cold. It goes down smooth.

I'm currently making my players assassinate a dwarf lord, in his manor after a failed assassination attempt and frustrated razing of the village. So, the towns militia is out in force and they have just attracted the town watch as they thrashed the two guards at the manor gates...not before the manor gate guards alerted the guards inside. Should amuse me to no end. For more info... http://levistus.proboards42.com/index.c ... 982&page=3

A little more warmth lets it vaporize more, for more flavour. That's the theory behind the temperature thing.
I'm currently making my players assassinate a dwarf lord etc. slaughterfest
Clearly, we have very different DMing styles. :p

*nods* I know, I like it cold.

Oh, see, I made a monster based PC party to decide how they wanted to do things. Only because, one player NEVER does anything but humans, and I wanted to see what he wanted to do. Now, they're making sure they fix their failures. We did the whole RP, chat, dialogue stuff. Now it's time for action and excitement.

I try making a balance, but this one was basically I react to what they do, and so far, it's been trying to keep them from arguing. Providing a common enemy works until the creature is dead.

Fair enough. I have a player that I need to keep viscerally occupied, otherwise he'll multiclass seven times and start attacking other party members.

This kid is in the Canadian Reserves, too. My country is safe so long as he is bored.

P.S.: Holy cats, Spongebob Squarepants is SOOOOO good when you've been drinking.

*nods* I have a player that didn't think out the problems involved with picking a wyrmling dragon to deal with an ECL starting level campaign. He assumed he'd grow up to be an adult fast.  He's gonna get stuck with arrows.

Hmm, I know a kid who was a marine who starts fires for fun. Good to know the armed forces are picky about who they train to kill.
