Unfortunately, the second entrance is sealed by the glyph of song... and the word of song is inside those tunnels. I am afraid you might be screwed...
I had the same problem, but I eventually got to enter through the original entrance through persistence in trying to get my party to stand on the empty whole.

Did you just walk around on whats left of the tiles or what? Because i have trying all night...Or well for at least 2 hrs. Which actually is a long time if all you do is rearrange 6 computerfigures in different combinations....

I just went back and did it again to make sure. What I am doing is this:

I walk my characters in formation as near as I can get to the southern side of this platform (already fallen, yes). Then I select one character and begin walking him along the bottom edge until I get the "walk" cursor icon over the fallen platform. Once I get it, I simply move that one character there. It automatically takes all of your characters down.

Worked for me. But I am seeing that this game's functions are heavily machine and screen-setting dependent, and it might not work for you.

If not, then I fear you will be busily loading an earlier save or... *gasp*... playing from the beginning, which I myself could not get up the gumption to do for many months at least... that first dungeon puts the "r" in repetitious.
