Heal scroll not working

Heal scroll not working

Hy, got problem with scroll of heal. Why is it
not working. All other spells and scrolls
that I own work, but the heal scroll does not.
what are the requirements ?

I get message "failed making spell"

Does it come up saying "Do you wish to continue running exacuteable?"? If it does you have an animation missing, I think. I don't know what is wrong if you are on xbox. There are no requirements for scrolls as the point of them is so everyone can cast magic.

Oh, it says it only works if health was attacked by magic
