You don't need to tell me, I told Rav the whole story, and now it lies forgotten in either the Citadel or the Factory. Either way, it's for the best.

Ha. That was a great story. If someone was determined enough it could probably be found... :p

I just happen to be that determined person... http://www.gamebanshee.com/forums/showt ... post707771 :D

If someone was crazy enough... it's in mankind's interests not to find this.

You found it, or you're looking?

If you found it, then good riddance. If you're looking, then I'll race you. :p

So THAT'S why duckies are always full of water, yet always seem to be able to take in more?? Such... evil!

I shall aid you in any way I can to rid the world of these foul yellow beasts!

To be on topic for a teeny bit.

I installed Firefox on my new computer about a year ago. I did it because it was advertised as more secure and had some good features. Frankly, I didn't see much of a distance. I got used to it, it was good, life was okay. Then yesterday that computer died (faulty part), so I'm typing this up on Internet Explorer. Yes, I've gone back. And I'm glad to say, I wouldn't do it if there was an alternative. I miss tabbed browsing, and frankly, some sites (including GB) look much better on Firefox. I'll be glad to be back when I sort this out.

Az, be careful what you say. You are either with these ducks, or against them. There is no middle ground. What you say here could result in a vendetta against you by these ducks. Choose wisely...

Well I'd prefer to remain vendetta-free... but I can't help but feel that if they want to kill me, let them come!

That's the spirit. Your best bet is to get a heap of dehydrated food, that way if the water rises, you can chuck it in and it removes the water and gives you food to eat.

But if you are stranded then you won't have food to feed on while you wait it out.

Trust me, it beats cannibalism... oh, there is no way I'm going there again.

...interesting -.^

None of them have showed up so far... haven't they yet realised I've joined the cause against them??

Also, I might be more partial to bath-soaked food than cannibalism... as long as no one's been in the bath :D
That's because this is a civilised board... and one of the supermods is a MS-apologist (ain't it Xandax? ;) ).

In IE defense: at low connection speed and with regular breaks in connection (as is the case for me), IE is actually less annoying and somewhat faster than the other two.
Ahemn ... I'm not an MS-appologist or any other thing. I simply question the vast number of bandwagon rants against Microsoft which often only have foundation in lala-land because people hear of these things from friends. :D
It is "in" to hate Microsoft- it is the "It-thing". And because I hate trends and "in" things, I'll take the oppersite route :D

Personally though, to be serious for a moment - I have no doubt that IEs superiority is alone due to the fact it comes with Windows.
Back in the old days NetScape was the superiour browser, not as much due to features and safty and all that, but because it was the brand everybody knew.
When Windows started comming with IE people shifted to IE more and more (the browser wars), and finally IE prevailed because of this.

The reason people don't just install a superior browser is because they are lazy. It is the same reason why many use Mediaplayer instead of something better and such down the line.

Personally I prefere FireFox for my browser needs, but that is mostly due to work issues and then shift to IE for specific things where FireFox isn't supported as much. (Due to lazy developers :D )

When rebelling against the man becomes mainstream someone has to start raging against the rebels. Go, go, counter-counter-culture :D
Vicsun, I certainly agree with your assertion that you are an unpleasant person. ~Chanak
